A.P. Aris
Ms A.P. Aris is a member of the Supervisory Board of Randstad N.V., Rabobank Group, ASML Holding N.V. and Jungheinrich AG, a member of the Board of Stichting VOPAK and Senior Affiliate Professor at INSEAD.

F. van der Wel

Mr van der Wel is Professor of Accountancy at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In addition, he is a deputy judge of the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal and a member of the Supervisory Board of De Goudse N.V.

P.N. Wakkie

Mr Wakkie is a lawyer at Wakkie & Perrick B.V. His relevant additional positions are: Chair of the Supervisory Board of BCD Holdings N.V., vice-chair of the Supervisory Board of Steinhoff International Holding N.V., member of the Board of Stichting Preferente Aandelen Philips, Stichting Prioriteit Ordina Groep and Stichting Continuïteit KBW (Boskalis) and Stichting Continuïteit Intergamma.
